Art With Purpose
NAAD Society, Jaipur
Since 2011, NAAD Society, Jaipur has been connecting theatre, folk arts, traditional performances and contemporary cultural expression with social awareness, inclusive learning and the preservation of India’s rich cultural heritage.
NAAD Society is a registered, non-profit organisation working on a not-for-profit, no-profit-no-loss basis. Through theatre productions, folk performances, workshops, cultural education, exhibitions, seminars and community-based programmes, the Society creates meaningful spaces where art becomes a medium for learning, expression, dialogue and social awareness.
Rooted in Rajasthan’s vibrant artistic traditions, NAAD works with artists, children, youth, women, rural communities and diverse groups, encouraging participation and creating opportunities to experience and engage with art and culture.
Our work brings together tradition and contemporary expression—preserving cultural heritage while exploring new ways for art to connect with society.
The Society has been affiliated/associated with Sangeet Natak Akademi, Jodhpur, and Ravindra Manch Society, Jaipur, and has also worked with various government, cultural and social organisations in promoting theatre, folk arts, music and cultural heritage.
Our Vision
To promote and preserve art and culture as a means of societal enrichment and awareness.
Our Approach
Create. Connect. Preserve. Inspire.
At NAAD Society, we believe that art is not only something to be performed—it is a powerful way to connect people, preserve identity and inspire positive social change.
